EXECUTIVE CHEF WANTED- We are interviewing for an executive chef. Must have credentials and a minimum of three years executive chef experience. This position includes benefits and may include housing (short and longer term housing available). We are an award winning restaurant and seek an executive chef who will maintain and expand our growing reputation for fine cuisine and service.
HEAD SERVER/HOST/"FRONT OF HOUSE"-MANAGER- We are interviewing for an experienced server with management skills to head our wait staff and oversee our dining room and bar service. Must possess leadership skills, be experienced in scheduling, training, and a motivator, have a minimum of five years of server (preferably fine dining), hosting, wait staff management and bartending or combination of experience. This position includes benefits and may include housing (short and longer term housing available).

SERVER/BARTENDER/COCKTAIL SERVER WANTED- We are interviewing for wait staff with experience in waiting tables (preferable fine dining), wine service and cocktail service, both lunch and dinner service. Must have a minimum of three years experience. Must be at least 19 years old. This position may include housing, dormitory style.
