Hi everyone let me say that everyone who had come together to help
all of us in are time of need I thank you on behalf of New Orleans. I
hoped on a bus sunday night before the storm hit, I had a small 1
bedroom apartment I just recently moved into. The storm took
everything for me since I didn't have any family or money to just
leave I jumped on a bus to come to Maryland I figured I wouild take
it here then take it back and the storm would be over. But that wasnt
the case when it was over I called to talk to anyone I knew and I
couldnt get in contact with anyone. I have nothing to go back to no
money no food I dont know what to do I've been sleeping on benches
and bus stations th elat couple of days I cant go back because there
is nothing there for me I jsut dont know what to do where to start.
If anyone out there is in the metropolitin area or anywhere and can
help me either with a place to stay or some financhial help to find a
place to live I would really appreciatte it. I dont know where to
start I went form ahving a place to call my own to having nothing but
a bag of clothes. And I dont have anyoe to turn to for help, so if
anyone out there can please please help me I'm begin for anyone with
anything that can help me please do so thanks for listening to me
