The Coast Guard cutter Razorbill, homeported in Gulfport, MS, enforces a safety zone in the vicinity of a vessel collision that occured early Wednesday morning just north of the Huey P. Long Bridge near downtown New Orleans which resulted in a fuel oil spill of nearly 420,000 gallons. .The vessel in the foreground is a crane barge brought in to conduct planned salvage operations.
